A New Starting Point, A New Journey! Changshu Singmed Medical Device Science and Technology Ltd. Project Laid the Foundation, Assisting the Localization of Drug Delivery Devices
On the morning of July 5, the groundbreaking ceremony of Changshu Singmed Medical Device Science and Technology Ltd. Project was held in Changshu Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Mr. Zhou Qindi, Secretary of Changshu Municipal Committee, Mr. Chen Guodong, Standing Committee member of Changshu Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary of Changshu Economic Development Zone CPC Working Committee and Deputy director of the Management Committee, Dr. Zhu Qingsheng, founding partner of Creacion Ventures, Ms. Gao Yonghua, Secretary General of China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, Mr. Albert Zhao, Executive Director of Singmed and special guest representatives laid the foundation for the project. Principals of Changshu and economic development zone related functional departments, representatives of the street where the base is located, customer representatives, representatives of investment institutions, association experts, etc., jointly attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
Mr. Chen Guodong, Standing Committee member of Changshu Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary of Changshu Economic Development Zone CPC Working Committee and Deputy director of the Management Committee, delivered a speech at the foundation ceremony. Changshu Singmed Medical Device Science and Technology Ltd. Project is located in Changshu Economic Development Zone, covering a total area of about 40 acres, including R & D building, production workshop and so on. The total investment of the project is 500 million CNY, of which 200 million CNY is used for production and manufacturing equipment investment, including robot chip cutting machine, automatic production system, automatic inspection system, automatic injection molding equipment. After the completion of the overall project, it is expected that the annual capacity of the drug delivery devices will reach 50 million sets, providing strong capacity support for the development and production of domestic complex drug delivery devices, and providing a strong boost for the realization of the localization goal of drug delivery devices.
