The First Annual Meeting of Singmed Strugglers: Moganshan Innovative & Growth Meeting was held in Moganshan, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province on January 7, 2024. Singmed's R&D and sales team attend the meeting together to discuss the grand plan.

At the meeting, colleagues from the sales and R&D teams were passionate about expressing their opinions on the stage, not only made a profound reflection and summary of the work in the past year, shared their harvest and inspiration, and gave feedback on the problems and shortcomings encountered, but also made active plans for the work in 2024, and fully implemented the attitude of striving for the work and the courage to challenge difficulties in 2024!

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Albert Zhao, Executive director of Singmed, while affirming the achievements of the team members in the past year, he also put forward new expectations for everyone:

Singmed is a vibrant new team, constantly evolving and growing. To adapt to our rapidly progressing environment, I have outlined Singmed's core values for the team to uphold and implement. For the sales team, we must maintain unwavering faith in our path forward, with the customer always at the center of our focus, seizing opportunities as we arise. The R&D team, on the other hand, requires a blend of experience and comprehension to continuously optimize projects, ensuring their smooth landing and commercialization.
