Industrialization of drug delivery devices

Our Industrial Manufacturing Center features a 1500-square-meter cleanroom with ISO-8 & ISO-7 classification levels, and it operates world-class production equipment, including Japanese Sumitomo and Fanuc all-electric injection molding machines, robotic assembly, and a commercial silicon-based atomization chip production area. The center also includes independent laboratories for microbiological testing (positive and negative controls), microscopic optical inspection, dedicated NGI inhalation testing, and physical-chemical analysis, enabling it to perform testing for both the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards and relevant Chinese regulatory standards.

The Singmed Industrial Manufacturing Center is equipped with R&D centre, a qualification and validation department for molds and special-purpose machinery, its own quality lab, as well as mold making, mold optimization and special-purpose engineering.  We cover the entire origination process from drug delivery systems to series production in our Sales in connection with the R&D Centers:  Product development, operating resources design, process development, quality planning, mold making, automation engineering and production introduction /preproduction.
